Entry Requirements (one day race)
 be 16 years or older on day of race (16 <18 with parental consent)
 be familiar with off road biking and trail running
 be able to read a map
 be suitably equipped with the required kit throughout event
 be prepared to follow the rules and conditions set out for you

Entry Requirements (ACE Race Dirty Weekend)
 be 18 years or older on day of race
 be familiar with all disciplines involved (inc ability to swim 100m for kayaking stage)
 have navigational competence
 be physically fit and able to cope with the demands of event
 be suitably equipped at all times throughout event
 be prepared to follow the rules and conditions set out for you
